Good luck on the MTELS! My one piece of advice is that even if you think you're not doing well, don't give up. It may sound stupid, but when I took my reading specialist licensure exam, I basically shut down because I was so overwhelmed and definitely didn't answer the open-ended question with as much passion as I could have. Yet, I found out I passed.. to think I could have passed with a better score if I didn't give up at the end.
